Dress `Your Body`` Beautiful (part one)

The overwhelming presence of media images of painfully thin women means that real women’s bodies have become invisible in the mass media,many women internalize these stereotypes, and judge themselves by the beauty industry's standards. Women learn to compare themselves to other women, and to compete with them.Which in turn causes more hate and jealousy of one another!Forgetting that we are ALL beautiful. I couldn't imagine a world of women all looking exactly the same.Can you?
It is estimated that 200,000 to 300,000 Canadian women aged 13 to 40 suffer anorexia and double that for other eating disorders.AN estimate of 8 million Americans  suffer the same thing.

Researchers generating a computer model of a woman with Barbie-doll proportions, for example, found that her back would be too weak to support the weight of her upper body, and her body would be too narrow to contain more than half a liver and a few centimeters of bowel. A real woman built that way would suffer from chronic diarrhea and eventually die from malnutrition.

Contrary to popular assumptions men are not bothered much about the size of the breasts or derriere when it comes to looking for a life mate. These factors are pretty much insignificant.Confidence,Sense of Humor,Smile, Eyes, Character ,Charisma & Modesty are what count most. Have a look through a magazine find a model or celebrity that you think is absolutely beautiful ,(for instance Angelina Jolie once considered the most beautiful woman in the world) Now imagine her with poor posture, No confidence, head down, no sparkle in her eye, no humor and No opinion or views in life.!? Is she still attractive? Not so much.

Remember Beauty first starts from within,if your not happy about your size or shape you can improve it by exercising and eating healthy,to tone and define. lets also learn to love who we are and accept what we look like.When that is accomplished it will be much easier to enhance the body and features god gave us. By Enhance i mean accentuate what you have.Like wearing your makeup a certain way like we went over to Enhance your unique eye shape. Like wearing your Colors from your Unique color group.,To Enhance your personal skin tones. Improve and Show off what YOU have. I don`t have the Media`s ideal body image either, I am who i am. My body and looks go quite well with my Personality and Character , and that i guess makes me more attractive.(At least that is what i have been told),Why don't you ask a partner or friend,even family member on what they find most appealing about you.What is your best feature,what they like most about you. personality and characteristic.You might be surprised at the answers you`ll get.! Imagine how much more attractive you will look wearing clothing styles suited to your body shape with the colors from your color group to give you a healthy glow? Aww the potential.

BANANA -  The banana body shape is sometimes reffered to as `athletic or straight`,with fewer defined curves.  has the same measurement for the shoulders and the hips with a waist measurement that is close to them.Weight gain is often evenly distributed. , they usually have great legs (known celebrities) Jada Pinkett Smith, Cameron Diaz, Audrey Hepburn, Kristi Yamaguch

APPLE -  Women with this type of shape usually have an upper body that is larger than their lower body. Narrower hips,When women with this body type gain weight, it has a tendency to show around the waistline. (known celebs) Drew Barrymore, Angelina jolie, Queen Latifah, Dolly Parton


PEAR - Also referred to as a triangle or bell, pear-shaped body types typically have a smaller upper body.Small to medium bust, Defined waist, Curvy hips and backside Full thighs and calves.Weight gain tends to fall in the hips, thighs, and legs. (known celebs) Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez,Christina Aguilera, Paris Hilton

HOURGLASS - A defined waist and curvy upper and lower body are typical of this body type.Has moderate to large bust and hips,top and bottom half generally balance out.Weight gain tends to distribute evenly.(known celebs) Marilyn Monroe, America Ferrera, Jessica Biel, Megan Fox
