Discover Your Eyes

I`ve frustrated myself to no end trying do my eye makeup Just like it shows  in the magazine, looks great on the model. But never quite right on me!!! WHY? well simple we all have different eyes, color, shape, uniqueness. So i am going to try my best here to give you an idea of how you could wear your eye makeup to suit Your uniqueness.And bring out the best in them!

                    SHAPE

• ~CLOSE SET~Your eyes sit less then an eye width apart ..To give them a wider appearance use a light shade on the inner corners, and extend the outer corners using a dark shade .glide thinner line of eyeliner from inner corner thickening as you reach the outer corner, extend line `just` past outer corner.Line lower lashes from middle eye to outer corner and curving up slightly.Sweep mascara over outer corner lashes.

~ALMOND SHAPE~ Considered the ``classic`` shape.proportioned like an almond.you can experience with many great techniques.here's a few examples.To enhance your shape use a light shade from lash to brow.
Sweep darker shade on outer corner, blend light shade just below brow.
To make appear larger, use eyeliner on upper lash line only sweeping slightly past outer corner.
To make appear rounder, stop eyeliner just before outer corner, sweep mascara on outer lashes.

• ~DEEP SET~Deep set eyes are set deeper back into socket, with a small lid.The aim is to visually bring them forward.
• apply lighter shade over lid from inner to outer corner, to bring them forward.apply darker color in the eye crease.apply more intense eye shade along upper and lower lash line.Use liner and mascara on upper eye only.

~DOWN TURNED~Eyes droop downwards at outer corners.To give you a more awake appearance, try sweeping a light shade from lash line to crease.Using a darker shade form a sideways V on outer edge of eyes, blending out and up to give them a Uplifted appearance.Use an eyeliner starting thin at inner corners then thicker on outer and slightly wing outwards.bottom lashes can be lined with a silver or white liner to Open them up.

~HOODED EYES~Upper lid droops down more over socket line.  Apply lighter shadow in the inner corner of the eye and on the brow bone .Apply medium or dark shadow on the crease and hooded area. Line upper lid to open the eye, curl upper lashes and apply black mascara.to give you that lift.

~PROTRUDING EYES~ Set farther forward, dominating facial features.To make a little less obvious,
Apply darker shade over the entire lid and extend eyeshadow into entire eye crease
Use a highlighter under the brow to lighten and lift.Use the eyeliner to minimize the lid
Apply more mascara to emphasize top lashes and elongate.

~ WIDE SET~   Are characterized by the space between your eyes being more than an eye width apart.Object with makeup is to make eyes appear closer. Apply a subtle layer of light shimmery shadow in shades of  cream, silver or pale pink allover lid. Use a darker shade in the inner corner closest to your nose and sweep along the length of crease, becoming lighter near the outer corner.do the same with an eyeliner along top lash line.brush mascara evenly on All lashes ,top and bottom, making sure to get the ones closest to inner corner
